Room hire & kitchen use

Four separate rooms are available for hire, all of different sizes and with different furnishings. The hire charges are shown below. We tend not to charge for use of the kitchen unless someone wants exclusive use in which case £10 per booking is added.

Room 1 (seats 25)

Downstairs. This room has a solid floor, recently refurbished, and is often used as an extension to the Hall for further activities by the youngsters. It also has direct access, via a few steps, to an enclosed lawn, allowing youngsters to take a break outside if the weather is fine. There is also access to an enclosed 'junior toilet' for use by younger children. The hire charge is £15 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour with 30 minute increments after that.

Room 2 (seats 25)

A variety of tables and chairs are readily available. Hire charge is £20 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour with 30 minute increments after that.

Room 3 (seats 16)

Counselling Suite (seats 4)

There are two rooms available for hire independently in a separate area to the left of the main premises with its own discrete access from the car park. The charge is £11 per hour.

The Church (seats 250)

For concerts and other suitable events, the church can be hired.  It is also used for funerals, memorial services and weddings. Initial enquiries should be made with the letting officer.

The Concourse is not available for hire as it provides a meeting and gathering place for people as well as being a thoroughfare for all the other rooms.  The church is unable to offer storage space to any outside users.

There are no reserved spaces in the car park and spaces are taken by users on a first come, first served basis.  Use of the car park is free to those currently using the premises, and to church members displaying a permit.

Toilets

The concourse has a ladies, a gents, and a disabled access toilet.  There is another toilet upstairs, and another adjacent to the vestibule at the far entrance to the church. A 'junior' toilet for use by younger children is attached to Room 1.
