5.30 pm: Twilight Concert by Caterham School

Wednesday 2nd April:

10.00 am to 2.00 pm: Open church for reflection & prayer

11.00 am: Flower arranging demonstration

7.30 pm: Organ recital of wedding music by Barry Williams

Thursday 3rd April:

10.00 am to 2.00 pm: Open church for reflection & prayer

7.30 pm: Illustrated church history talk by Ray Howgego

Friday 4th April:

10.00 am to 2.00 pm: Open church for reflection & prayer

Saturday 5th April:

9.00 am to 1.00 pm: Open morning for hirers (see below)

2.00 pm to 5.00 pm: Children's drop-in craft session

6.30 pm to 8.30 pm: Family quiz night

Sunday 6th April:

3.30 pm: 150th Anniversary Celebration Service

Message from Penny Maurice to our hirers

We are hoping that all activities, which may be yours, taking place in the Church during the preceding week will continue as normal BUT during this week it is not behind closed doors!*

We would like to advertise and encourage as many visitors into the Church as possible to see what goes on and join in if they wish.

Additionally, we are planning to hold an Exhibition Morning on Saturday 5th April when all our Hirers have the opportunity to publicise their Class/Activity. 

This would also be an opportunity to show people around the Church and all the different rooms we have to offer.  The Hallmaster System will also be on show so that people can see how easy it is to book.

I would like to extend a warm invitation to you to come to this event and meet the team at the URC who provide these facilities for you.  Please let me know if you would like to join us.

There will be refreshments laid on, so please bring plenty of leaflets or props to display your Activity.

*There will be no room hire charge for all ‘open’ classes/events during the Pre-Anniversary week.
