Traidcraft

Caterham URC is a Fair Trade Church

Caterham URC is a Fair Trade Church with a stall after morning service once a month (usually the third Sunday) and using Fair Trade commodities during its catering.

The Traidcraft mission is to fight poverty through trade, practising and promoting approaches to trade that help poor people in developing countries transform their lives.

Established in 1979 as a Christian response to poverty, we combine a trading company and a development charity.

Traidcraft builds lasting relationships with producers, support people to trade out of poverty and work to bring about trade justice.

We run development programmes in some of the poorest countries in the world, and campaign in the UK and internationally to bring about trade justice.
